       　2002年7月，黄征和羽泉为专辑《爱情诺曼底》开始了为期四个月的录音工作。录制过程中，黄征和羽泉常常因为不同的音乐理念、一首歌的编曲，甚至一个吉他的'音色而争执到面红耳赤。为了解决争执的问题，黄征和羽泉只能让全公司里的人投票，以此来决定听谁的。

       　原本就酷爱体育的黄征在这张专辑里和羽·泉共同作曲演唱的《奔跑》也和当时正在为CBA物色新一年主题歌的中国篮协一拍即合，于是，这首黄征说是他们仨人“一起玩出来”的歌，就变成了2003“CBA”的主题曲。
